Last weekend Chris Baird delivered our Running Conditioning and Biomechanics Course in Leeds. And what a course it was! This CPD course is geared up for already qualified personal trainers to gain valuable CPD points, however non-personal trainers who are simply into their own running would really benefit from attending this course.
